MEAT

– In Morroccan lamb stews, such as lamb and prune tagine, or lamb and apricot tagine, or lamb and sweet potato tagine
– In Indian curries, particularly in lamb vindaloo and chicken curry
– In lamb pilaf

– In sheikh al mehshi (stuffed eggplant)
